For part 3 of this Post, I want to cover the workout portion. There are many ways to workout, but there are certain exercises that give you more bang for your buck than others. Generally speaking, any type of exercise will get you into better shape, but some give faster results than others. Again, there are a lot of great exercises out there, but I want to make a list of ones that most people can do in their home or standard commercial gyms. The goal with this program is short rest periods between both the individual sets as well as the different exercises. In Part 2 of this 3 Part series, I want to talk about nutrition. As I mentioned in Part 1, nutrition is the biggest key to your overall success to your Beach Body. With Memorial Day still fresh in our minds, I though it would be interesting to see how well we stack up against "The Greatest Generation". There were six test used to test the physical readiness of each Army soldier during World War 2. Here is the list: Pull-ups (7 is the minimum) Squat Jumps (31 is the minimum) Push-ups (27 is the minimum) Sit-ups (52 Sit-ups in two minutes) 300-yard Run (52.5 seconds) At first glance this test seems pretty easy.
