Foam rolling tips for runners


Foam rolling is a great addition for anyone who runs, regardless of the distance. When you break down the mechanics of running, you will find a lot of hip flexion. This will causes tightness and eventually slow you down or cause injury. Here is a short video to help lower the risk of tightness and injury.
