Elite Endurance is happy to announce we will be starting up an exciting 8 week "Back to Shape by May" fitness program. This program will start with an orientation on March 6th at 6pm and start the following week and continue until May 1st. Classes will be twice a week and will vary each time to keep it interesting. Any fitness level is welcome as the exercises will be adjusted to fit your current fitness level. Space is limited and sign up starts soon!
