1 on 1 Personal Training

Are you unsure what exercises you should be doing for the most benefit? Are you trying to reach a specific goal and coming up short? Whether it's losing those last few hard to shed pounds or running a marathon, at Elite Endurance our job is to help you.  

1 on 1 Personal Training​      

The main benefit of personal training is the one-on-one focus you get in every session. During this time, you will be coached and taught how to properly perform the mechanics and movements of each exercise. If you have a specific goal or event coming up, this is the best way to get a training program that has been perfectly dialed in to your individual needs.

We offer the following options:

Single sessions

4 session packages

8 session packages

12 session packages

Group Fitness Training 

Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 am, 9 am - 10 am, 10 am - 11 am, 4 pm - 5 pm, 5 pm - 6 pm

Saturday 9 am - 10 am, 10 am - 11 am

Back to Shape Class

Tuesday - Friday 6 pm - 7 pm 

1 on 1 and Team training inquire on available days/hours
