WHAT TO EXPECT IN ALL OF OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS
As we get older we undoubtedly lose some of our flexibility. However, this is made worse due to sitting all day at work or simply just being less active. Each Group Fitness class starts with a dynamic warm up to help increase flexibility and lower the risk of injury. So be ready to work up a light sweat and gain some flexibility in the process!
Do things seem to feel heavier and heavier as you get older? Well it doesn't have to! Our Group Fitness classes will make sure you get your strength back and then some. With the use of barbells, kettlebells, Dumbbells, rope, chains, sleds and medicine balls we will be sure to get you stronger while having fun doing it!
Ready to improve your cardiovascular endurance? In each Group Fitness class we make sure to challenge you to become your best. You will do everything from sprints, hops, shuttles and crawls to name a few. The only question now is how bad do you want it!
